Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Huddersfield is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Huddersfield and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must:
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we believe a treatment is clinically unsuitable or if inaccurate information has been provided. Our services are not a substitute for your NHS GP or primary healthcare provider.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to clinical review and approval by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescriber. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our clinical team may request additional information, request that you consult your GP, or decline to prescribe where it is not considered safe or appropriate to do so. All clinical decisions are made in the best interest of patient safety and in accordance with UK prescribing guidelines.
Prescriptions are issued for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems. A charge will only be taken once your order has been submitted. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to the availability of the prescribed medication and the courier's schedule.
All medication is dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical standards. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in this case.
Once a prescription has been clinically approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under UK pharmaceutical regulations, as dispensed prescription medicines cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your relationship with your NHS GP or primary healthcare provider. You should always inform your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications can have side effects and interactions with other medicines. It is your responsibility to read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and to contact us or seek urgent medical attention if you experience adverse effects.
We do not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us via the details provided on our website. Complaints may also be referred to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) at www.pharmacyregulation.org.
